George Delacherois-Day
George has 15+ years experience advising family offices investing in power generation investments prior to which he launched a private security business in Kenya. During his early career he served as assistant to Ministers in the U.K. Government. George holds a post-graduate degree from SOAS and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. George is the principal founder of Kamogi Capital and founder of Solarc Energy. As CEO he is responsible for projects, strategy and Business Development and leads on interface with Kamogi’s institutional and private counterparties.
Richard O’Hagan
Richard has 12+ years experience working with family offices, private equity groups and energy and infrastructure funds on their investment strategies. Having sat on the London and Geneva boards of Alvarium (now the listed wealth manager Alvarium Tiederman AlTi), he is also involved in emergent technologies as Senior Advisor to a tech focused merchant banking group. Richard is a professional trustee, IFA level 1 and is FCA regulated. He has valuable connections and relationships on the continent as a 5th generation Kenyan and is a co-founder of Kamogi Capital.
Enrico Sospisio
Enrico holds a Master Degree in Law with experience in origination, negotiation and risk assessment. Liaising within private and public sectors in Eastern Europe, West Africa, LatAm, Central and South-Eastern Asia, he has originated and implemented structured transactions for, inter alia, upstream production, power generation, green and brown refinery projects. With over 15 years experience in natural resources (12 in an Oil major) Enrico's understanding of the O&G industry’s relationship with mobility, power generation, heating and petrochemicals is key in Kamogi’s work supporting O&G and mining groups in their transition to renewables.
